We believe AI can be regenerative — but only if communities hold the keys.

Our work is shaped by a set of living commitments. They guide how we build, who we build with, and what we refuse to replicate.

We believe AI can be regenerative — but only if communities hold the keys.

Our work is shaped by a set of living commitments. They guide how we build, who we build with, and what we refuse to replicate.

1. Cultural Data Sovereignty

Cultural data belongs to the communities who create it.

We do not extract, centralize, or commercialize it. All tools are co-governed and consent-first.

2. Equity by Design

Representation in AI isn't a bonus — it's a foundation.

We prioritize languages and communities ignored by commercial interests, and support youth in accessing modern AI capabilities and in building AI that reflects their heritage.

3. Community-Shaped Governance

Our governance structures include those we serve.

This includes board representation, community advisors, and localized review practices.

4. Education as Infrastructure

We're not here to “develop” for communities.

We create the conditions for communities to build, reject, adapt, and own — on their terms.
